Teaching PreK and kindergarten

Hello friends and colleagues!

Life in the Netherlands is good so far and I'm happy to say that I have a job at an international school here in Maastricht.

Any ideas for teaching PreK and Kindergarten general music? I've never taught PreK and haven't taught kindergarten in awhile? Ideas? Thoughts? Resources?

Miss you guys!

Hi Elena!

So glad to hear you're enjoying the Netherlands!

We had to teach pre-k for a few months during our practicum at Crane. I'll try to dig up my material. I do remember we tried to get the kids to copy our singing by using a puppet. The "puppet" would sing "Hello, what's your name?" (Sol mi, sol sol mi) and prompt the student to sing his/her name with the same intervals.
